I wonder if I need to get a food weighing scale for this – with the ounces and stuff? Ugh!

I guess losing 40 lbs. at a time is a reasonable goal. More veggies to boost the metabolism to lose further? waaaaaaaa… More reading in progress.

While meal planning, I got a little confused with the portion sizes. Meaning is the portion size per meal or for the whole phase? Surely not whole phase that would mean so little food. I checked the sample meal plan and it confirmed that the portion sizes are per meal/snack.
